Compliance Centre
Four domains — Service Users & Care Quality, Workforce, Medication & Operations, and Governance & Safety — each scored live from completed audits, with red, amber and green ratings and a drill-down into every audit behind the number.
Audit register
A rolling four-day monthly programme with 51 audit templates. Each question is rated pass, partial, fail or not applicable, with the evidence reviewed, the CQC reference and both provider and consultant responses recorded.
Improvement plan
Every failed or partial audit question raises an action with a priority, an owner and a target date. Providers upload evidence and mark work ready for review; AJG consultants verify, return or close it — all with a full history.
Workforce compliance
Safer recruitment, DBS, right to work, sponsorship, training, supervision and appraisal tracked per worker, with a compliance score for each staff file and early warnings before anything expires.
