Every one of the 414 audit checks carries the regulation it evidences (Regulations 9 to 20A), the CQC key question, the exact quality statement from the single assessment framework and the legacy KLOE. Ratings are PASS, PARTIAL, FAIL or N/A, with prompts and evidence examples written for each individual check rather than generic guidance.
A compliance centre instead of 51 separate audits
Scores roll up into four domains — Service Users and Care Quality, Workforce, Medication and Operations, and Safety and Governance — so a Registered Manager, Nominated Individual or Director sees where the service stands before drilling into any single audit.
Evidence library with expiry and review tracking
Policies, certificates, risk assessments and records are stored per provider with categories, tags, review dates and expiry warnings. Consultants raise evidence requests and providers upload against them, so nothing is chased over email.
