Meet Jack Green

Jack Green is the founder of AJG Advisory Services Limited, an accredited care consultant and the creator of the MyCare range of care management and compliance solutions. With over 10 years of hands-on experience across the adult social care sector, he brings practical knowledge, operational leadership and regulatory expertise to providers seeking to strengthen quality, compliance and service delivery. His career began as a frontline care worker in a residential care home before progressing through senior care, team leadership, service management and CQC Registered Manager positions.

Understanding the pressures providers face

Having worked directly with care teams, managed regulated services and supported organisations through operational challenges, Jack understands the pressures facing care providers — from maintaining safe, person-centred care to demonstrating effective governance and preparing for CQC inspections. His approach is straightforward: practical advice, measurable improvements and compliance systems that work in real care environments.

Care leadership and registered manager experience

Jack has held leadership and management responsibilities across domiciliary care, live-in care, supported living and residential care settings. His experience includes opening specialist supported living services, managing established care operations, overseeing multiple services and delivering interim management and turnaround support.
