Accessibility statement

Last updated: 12 September 2026

AJG Advisory is committed to making the mycarecompliance.org website and the AJG Compliance portal as accessible as possible.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards. This includes providing keyboard-accessible navigation, readable text, sufficient colour contrast and clear focus indicators.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML and ARIA labels for navigation and forms.
  • Keyboard-accessible menus, buttons and links.
  • Visible focus indicators.
  • Text alternatives for images and icons.
  • RAG ratings are accompanied by text labels, not colour alone.
  • Responsive design for mobile, tablet and desktop.

Known limitations

Some older documents uploaded to the evidence library by providers may not be fully accessible. We encourage providers to upload accessible formats where possible.
