Registered Manager interview preparation

The registration interview is a structured conversation about the five Key Questions and the Quality Statements. We run a practice interview, cover the areas assessors press hardest on, and work through your answers with real examples from your own service.

New services are usually assessed within the first year. Your audit schedule, evidence library, action plan and governance reports are set up in My Care Compliance from the start, so the first inspection is a matter of showing what you already do — £69.99 per month for the whole organisation, first month free.

Support after registration

Monthly consultancy at £60 gives you two hours of dedicated remote support, which most new Registered Managers use for early governance questions, notification decisions and their first audits. A mock CQC inspection before the first visit is £395 for subscribers.
