1. Who we are

The site is operated by AJG Advisory, a trading name of Assured Care Hub Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17183813. Our registered office is 9 West Street, Wilton, SP2 0NT. You can reach us at info@ajgadvisory.co.uk.

2. These terms and your subscription

These terms cover the public website and portal access. Where AJG Advisory has a separate written subscription or consultancy agreement with a provider organisation, that agreement governs the service and takes precedence over these terms if the two conflict.

3. Portal accounts

Portal accounts are issued by AJG Advisory to named individuals on an invitation-only basis; there is no public sign-up. You must keep your credentials confidential, must not share an account, and must tell us immediately at info@ajgadvisory.co.uk if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached or where access is no longer authorised by the provider.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to access any workspace, record or area you are not authorised to use.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the site, or circumvent authentication or access controls.
• Introduce malicious code, or scrape, mirror or overload the service.
• Upload content that is unlawful, or personal data you have no lawful basis to share.
• Use the platform or its templates to build or support a competing product.

We report suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

5. Your content

Provider organisations keep ownership of the audits, evidence and records they upload. You grant us the permission needed to host, process and display that content in order to deliver the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for having the right to upload it. How we handle that data is set out in our data processing and security page.

6. Our intellectual property

The site, the platform, the audit templates and question sets, the AJG Advisory branding and all related materials belong to AJG Advisory or its licensors. You may use them only within the service. You may not copy, adapt, resell or distribute them outside your organisation without our written permission.

7. Guidance, not regulatory advice

Content on this site and in the platform is general guidance about CQC compliance. It is not legal advice and it does not replace the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, the CQC single assessment framework or advice from a qualified professional about your own service. Compliance scores, RAG ratings and mock inspection results are indicative readiness assessments based on the information you enter. They do not predict or guarantee any CQC rating, judgement or inspection outcome, and responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the registered provider.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or updates, and will give notice where reasonably practicable. Any service level commitment is in the provider's subscription agreement, not these terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, reputation, anticipated savings or data, for regulatory action or ratings outcomes, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Where the site is used other than for business purposes, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Third-party links

We link to sites such as the CQC and the Information Commissioner's Office for reference. We are not responsible for their content.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
