Install MyCareCompliance on your computer and open your compliance portal in its own window — no browser tabs, no forgotten bookmarks. Your audits, evidence, actions and workforce records stay exactly where they are, protected in the secure platform.

How to install
- Choose your computer's version above and sign in with your provider account.
- Windows: open MyCareCompliance-Setup.exe. It installs the app, adds shortcuts and opens it automatically. If Windows SmartScreen shows an "unknown publisher" warning, choose "More info" and then "Run anyway".
- Mac: open the ZIP, then drag MyCareCompliance to your Applications folder. The first time you open it, right-click and choose "Open" to confirm.
- Sign in as normal — the same email, password and Google or Apple sign-in as the website.
Good to know
- The desktop app shows the live portal, so you will always see the latest audits, evidence and actions the moment they are saved.
- The same protections apply — screen watermarks, controlled downloads and download logging are unchanged.
- Installers are only available to signed-in provider accounts and are never publicly downloadable.
